All children must be supervised by their accompanying adult(s) at all times.
No shoes to be worn in the play space. Children and adults must wear socks at all times.
Parents are encouraged to assist in cleaning up toys after their children have finished playing. This helps maintain a safe, hygienic environment for all guests. Staff may provide guidance or reminders as needed.
Gentle play is encouraged at all times, throwing of play equipment will not be tolerated.
No climbing up the slide and children should go down the slide’s feet first.
No climbing or hanging on nets.

Health and safety
Children who are unwell or who have been unwell should not visit for at least 48 hours. Any children who become unwell whilst at the space should leave immediately.
Parents and guardians should note that whilst every consideration has been given to ensure the safety of children using the play room, Little Den cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries which occur to children whilst using the play space.
Please inform us immediately if your child has any sort of accident.
No smoking is permitted on the site premises including the use of E-cigarettes and vapes.
For the safety and security of all our visitors, we have CCTV in operation throughout the space.

nappy changing & potty
Nappies should be changed in the designated baby change facility.
Please do NOT put nappies in the sanitary bins in the toilets but place in the nappy bin provided.
The use of potties should be conducted in toddler changing facility.
Please inform us immediately if your child has any sort of toilet accident.

buggies & storage
Please leave all prams and buggies in our allocated space. With the exception of sleeping babies/children.
Please leave all shoes at designated area.
Personal bags and coats may be stored on the designated shelf.
The Playroom shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to any such items.
Unattended items may be removed in line with safety and security procedures, and the Playroom will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage.

Food and drink
Only food and drinks (apart from water bottles) purchased at Little Den may be consumed on the premises.
Food and drinks are not permitted in the play areas under any circumstances.
